This website belongs to Tribe Group B.V., Burgemeester Stramanweg 97c, 1191EA Ouderkerk a/d Amstel (hereinafter referred to as 'Tribe').

 

Tribe considers privacy protection of great importance. Personal data is therefore handled and secured with the utmost care. Personal data are data that can be used to identify an individual or that can be linked to an individual. Tribe complies with the Data Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations. In this Privacy Statement we inform you about how we process personal data, for what purposes we process personal data and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

 

This Privacy Statement applies to all products, services and activities of companies and trade names of the Tribe Group B.V. group of companies (including but not limited to all websites and apps). Personal data may be exchanged between group companies.   1. Type of data

Data you provide to us

Tribe processes the data you provide to it. This data may include, but is not limited to: Name, address, email address, place of residence, gender, date of birth, phone number, financial data (for the purpose of any payment) and data showing that any topics interest you.

 

Data accuracy responsibility

When you provide personal data to Tribe you are responsible for its accuracy and keeping it up to date. Subject to intent or gross negligence, Tribe is not liable for inaccuracies or consequences of activities undertaken on the basis of incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

 

 

  1. Purposes of processing

Tribe collects, processes and links personal data for the following purposes:

 

 

1) The formation and execution of the contract(s) entered into, as for:

  1. (a) purchasing an (e-)ticket;
  2. (b) billing and financial settlement of purchases;
  3. c) sending service messages with information about e.g. events, times, transportation, etc.

2) The good business practices, as for;

  • a ) carrying out Promotional activities such as e.g. sending newsletters, displaying and sending offers and using social media channels. If you no longer wish to receive promotional messages from Tribe, you can unsubscribe here: info@tribecompany.com.
  1. b) providing your data (such as: name, address, email address, place of residence, etc.) to Tribe's partners for Promotional activities of those partners, as you have explicitly agreed to this in the relevant ordering process. For more information about the processing of personal data by Tribe's partners, always take a close look at the Privacy Statement of those partners.
  2. (c) to comply with laws and regulations applicable to us. In special cases, Tribe will make your personal data available to third parties in the event, for example, of claims by authorities such as police and judicial authorities, subpoenas or court orders;
  3. (d) for handling disputes and having (auditing) performed;
  4. (e) combating fraud and protecting Tribe's business interests;

Tribe retains personal data as long as necessary for the purposes listed above or to comply with legal (retention) obligations.

 

 

  1. Services of other parties

In performing its activities Tribe uses the services of other parties whereby those other parties commissioned by Tribe, for example, send you (e-)tickets. Your data will only be used for the execution of Tribe's assignment and these parties are not entitled to use your data for their own purposes.

 

 

  1. Right of access, correction and deletion

Tribe likes to keep your data up to date. If you want to know whether the personal data we have on you are correct, or if you want to know what personal data Tribe processes about you, you can ask us for an overview. You can also request to change and/or delete certain data. A request for an overview or removal of data can be addressed to info@tribecompany.com. Please note that Tribe may also ask you to send a copy of a valid ID to properly establish your identity.

 

 

  1. Right of Resistance

You have the right to oppose the use of personal data for marketing purposes. If you indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted (through a particular medium), you can let Tribe know at info@tribecompany.com. Please state clearly in your message that this is your right to object.

 

 

You may also at any time withdraw your consent to sending digital newsletters or e-mailed information regarding Tribe's products and services by the same means as stated above, or by using the unsubscribe option at the bottom of such e-mail messages. Tribe will terminate the use of your data for the purposes you oppose as soon as possible after receiving the request.

Tribe reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Statement. It is recommended that you consult this Privacy Statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.
