Yes, you can buy tickets for different packages, such as watching top sports, paddling yourself on our participation courts or experiencing the event as a VIP visitor. Click here for more information about the different packages.

The padel activity is full, can I get on the waiting list?

Send an email to participatie@premierpadelrotterdam.comPlease indicate clearly which padel activity it concerns (name + date) and that you want to be on the waiting list. When a spot becomes available, all teams on the waiting list will receive an email.

How can I pay at catering establishments in Rotterdam Ahoy?

You can easily and quickly pay with PIN or credit card at all catering establishments in Rotterdam Ahoy. Cashless payment is possible with Maestro, VISA or Mastercard. Cash is not accepted.

How can I purchase tickets for the event?

Tickets are available through the official Decathlon Premier Padel Rotterdam website: premierpadelrotterdam.com.

How can I purchase MIVA tickets if I am dependent on a wheelchair?

If you are dependent on a wheelchair, you can purchase MIVA tickets through the regular ticket store. Please note that you must purchase 2 MIVA tickets, one for the person in the wheelchair and one for the companion.

How can I download my personalized tickets?

Your tickets can be downloaded from your online ticket environment 48 hours before the event. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to this environment.

How can I reach Rotterdam Ahoy?

Rotterdam Ahoy is easily accessible by public transport, bicycle and car. From bus and metro station Zuidplein you can walk to Ahoy in just 5 minutes. You can also make use of Kiss & Ride. Next to Ahoy's forecourt it is possible to stop briefly by car to pick up or drop someone off.Special facilities are available for disabled visitors, such as sufficient parking spaces located right next to Ahoy's main entrance (the cost is €19 per day), elevators to all levels and adapted toilets.

What does the playing schedule look like?

Who plays when is not known at this time. The schedule below does show when which games will be played:

Sunday 8-9: from 1 p.m. qualifying tournament (a total of 16 matches spread over 4 courts)

Monday, 9-9: from 2:30 p.m. qualifying tournament (a total of 16 matches spread over 4 courts)

Tuesday 10-9: from 10 a.m. 2 qualifying matches ladies and start main schedule men (6 matches on 4 courts)

Tuesday 10-9: from 5:30 p.m. 2 qualifying matches ladies and start main schedule men (6 matches on 4 courts)

Wednesday 11-9: 9:30 a.m. start main schedule ladies 8 matches and main schedule men 8 matches on 4 courts

Wednesday 11-9: 6 p.m. main schedule ladies 8 games and main schedule men on 4 lanes

Thursday 12-9: 10 a.m. main schedule ladies 4 matches and main schedule men 4 matches on center court and court 1

Thursday 12-9: 6 p.m. main schedule women's 4 matches and main schedule men's 4 matches on center court and court 1

Friday, 13-9: 10 a.m. men's quarterfinals (2 matches) and women's quarterfinals (2 matches) on center court
